Plastic Free July is a global movement to help millions of people be part of the solution to plastic pollution. The goal is simple - choose to refuse single use plastics!

Ready to take the Plastic Free July challenge? Register HERE and receive weekly inspiration, stories from participants and other news from the global movement.

This July the focus is on #RETHINK and #REDUCE. Dave Malcom our Zero Waste Educator has a new challenge for 2024. The ‘No Buy July Challenge’! The goal is to avoid any unnecessary spending and can include clothing, new items, toiletries, or buying takeaways (unless in your own container).

#REUSE. It's the news you have all been waiting for! Sam from Stitch Up Society will be delivering a Family-Friendly Upcycled Tuft Rug Workshop these upcoming school holidays.

Wednesday the 17th of July from 10 AM in The Junction Zero Waste Hub Education Room.
