Sustainable Living Programme 2017

The first series on the cards is Fermentation, with its introductory workshop 'Fermentaste-tester'. This will be followed with fermentation workshops dedicated to Sweet Tips for Sourdough & Sauerkraut, Liquid Elixers (ginger beer, kefir water & milk, kombucha, apple cider vinegar), Kimchi Vegchi (fermented seasonal vegetables), Moo-ving into Cheese, Beer Brew Bro? (home brewing), and fermented wines (ridiculous name to come).
