Short description of event: This full on workshop is ideal for hunters, home cooks, lifestylers and anyone who wants to improve their home butchery skills.

The day is split into two parts - the morning session is not for the feint hearted. Learn how to butcher a pig/lamb/goat or game animal in this hands-on butchery course. The morning will include skinning, cleaning and dressing a carcass.

The afternoon session you will learn about the different cuts of meat, what they’re called, where to find them on a carcass and how to cook them.
