Baking your own delicious sourdough bread at home is easy with a good process and a few tricks and hints. I will guide you through the steps and lead you to success. We will get to know the basic tools and ingredients, care for the starter, mix and shape the dough and learn how to get a fabulous result when baking in your own home oven. While sampling fresh bread, honey and home made drinks there will be plenty of time to ask questions. You will go home with a bread recipe, a sourdough starter, a bread loaf ready to be baked and lots of new knowledge. This will be a small class for up to eight participants.
