Turn milk into cheese with ease! Be guided through the hands-on process of making delicious and versatile paneer, ricotta and feta. Learn where to get supplies, what equipment to use, and how to safely make and store the different types of cheese. You’ll sample a range of hard and soft cheeses, and take home tips, recipes and some of the cheese made on the day.
