Where: Highlands Intermediate, New Plymouth

Be creative and make something delicious with all those excess fruit and vegetables from your garden. Understand the benefits to making your own condiments and how to keep you and your food safe. Learn Barb’s secret recipes and discover how to make jams and chutneys with no added sugar! Make and take home two jars of goodness to enjoy.

Whether this is your first time making jams or you are a seasoned pro, we want you to come along and have a fabulous time preserving and making a fresh batch in the company of others. This is a fun opportunity to have a go at something new, learn new recipes, and take home some delicious jams and chutneys for the cold winter months. Barb is a ton of fun and this should no doubt be an exciting morning.
