Tree Planting: Bushlies Farm "Riparian stream planting"

JULY 5th, Sunday 10.15am – 1.15pm (includes lunch) 1st planting 

JULY 18th, Saturday 10.15am – 1.15pm (includes lunch) 2nd planting 

190 Kaimata Road South, Inglewood (approx. 10mins drive from Inglewood) 

This is the fourth year of plantings for this property. 'Bushlies Farm' are using regenerative agriculture practices. The owners and hosts Lynne, Kama, Peter, Finn, and Cleo will have placed out the trees ready to plant beforehand. The planting site is a 10-minute walk from the house.

10.15am Meeting/ sign in at the house/ H&S briefing
10.30am Tree planting demonstration on site, planters given instructions. Plants/ trees (approx. 900) will be placed out on site.
12.30pm Lunch (Gather back at house)
1.15pm Finish 

Note: Cell phone coverage is patchy in the area 

Level of fitness: low / medium 

What to bring: a spade, gumboots/ boots, warm clothes, raincoat just in case, gloves, sunhat, drink bottle
