462 Perth Road Tree Planting, Okato 

July 11th, Saturday - 10:15am - 1:15pm (includes lunch)

Invitation for people (all welcome) to come along and plant out a large area at the beach end of Perth Road. Some planting has already occurred so this will boast the biodiversity in the area and provide a vegetation buffer between farmland and the stream. 

FITNESS LEVEL: The site is easily accessible but does require climbing a hill. 

Lunch will be held on site. 

To get to planting site, you need to climb over a wire fence and walk up a steep hill.
