Zero Waste Volunteer Competition – Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
Entry is open to individuals who volunteer at a registered Zero Waste Event between 1 December 2025 and 28 February 2026.How to Enter:
For every hour volunteered, participants receive one entry into the prize draw. Hours must be verified by event organisers to qualify.Prizes:
First Prize: Two (2) nights stay in a King Room at Novotel, New Plymouth.
Second Prize: Two (2) nights stay in a King Room at Novotel, New Plymouth.
Accommodation is for one or two people and is subject to availability.
Prize Conditions:
Stays must be taken before 31 May 2026.
Blackout dates apply during busy periods (e.g. Easter, public holidays, major events).
Novotel reserves the right to refuse booking requests during these periods.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
Draw and Notification:
The prize draw will take place after 28 February 2026, and winners will be notified via the contact details provided when volunteering.
General:
The organiser’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
